We’re continuing to grow our hygiene team and are taking our time to find the right long-term fit — someone who enjoys building relationships with their patients and values being part of a consistent, supportive team.
Our hygiene team loves using AirFlow / GBT. If you already have experience with it, that’s amazing — if not, we’re happy to train you. It’s something our team has really embraced and incorporated into daily patient care.
We’re a privately owned practice that values communication, respect, and helping each other out. It’s a positive, easygoing environment where people pitch in, stay organized, and still find time for a bit of hallway laughter throughout the day.
We’re also lucky to have a friendly and loyal patient base, which makes the days run smoothly and feel rewarding.
Many of our team members have been with us long-term, and we’d love to find someone who’s looking for that same kind of stability.
We really care about setting our new hire up for success. If you’re new to Cleardent, we’ll provide training before your first day so you can walk in feeling confident. You’ll also have daily support from a hygiene assistant — you’re never left figuring things out on your own.
