Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of custom kitchen cabinets and millwork. We are looking for a "hands-on" professional who understands the nuances of woodworking and takes pride in every joint, hinge, and finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry components based on shop drawings and blueprints.
- Operate a variety of woodworking machinery (table saws, edge banders, planers, jointers, etc.).
- Ensure all pieces meet our high-quality standards and specific client dimensions.
- Perform hardware installation (hinges, drawer slides, and pulls).
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in custom cabinetry or millwork.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and cut lists.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of hand tools and stationary power tools.
- CNC Knowledge: Experience with CNC machinery (operation, setup, or programming) is considered a significant asset.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and high-end finishes.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
