Bliss residential cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
- Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Have own transportation / cleans over 30 mins away $10 / cleans over 40 mins $20 gas mileage coverage.
- Part time hours in winter / full in spring and summer. Comfortable driving with another staff.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in cleaning routines.
- Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding tasks and expectations.
- Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for various fabrics and materials.
- This is a physical labour type job so you must be able to be on toes for long hours working in a fast pace environment
