Clearway Rentals has been providing trusted vehicle rental solutions throughout British Columbia since 1956. As we continue to grow our Long-Term Rental Lease Program, we are seeking an energetic, results-driven Fleet Rental Lease Specialist to help expand our commercial customer base across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.
This is a hybrid inside-and-outside sales role focused on identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with commercial customers. Using digital prospecting, online research, networking, referrals and customer meetings, you will help businesses find flexible vehicle rental lease solutions that meet their transportation needs.
Whether a customer requires a single vehicle or an entire fleet, you'll work closely with them to provide the right solution from Clearway's extensive fleet of cars, SUVs, minivans, passenger vans, pickup trucks and commercial trucks.
What You'll Do:
Your primary responsibility will be to generate new commercial business opportunities and grow Clearway's Long-Term Rental Lease Program.
Responsibilities include:

Research and identify prospective commercial customers, municipalities, contractors, fleet operators, and other organizations that require transportation solutions.

Generate leads through digital prospecting, online research, networking, referrals and outbound customer outreach.

Contact business owners and key decision-makers to introduce Clearway's rental lease programs.

Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings with prospective customers.

Meet customers in person or virtually to understand their transportation requirements.

Prepare quotations, proposals and long-term rental lease agreements.

Negotiate and close new business opportunities.

Build long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.

Collaborate with the operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships and delivering solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in business development, B2B sales, inside sales, outside sales or account management.

Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

A proactive, self-motivated approach to prospecting and developing new business.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM software and digital prospecting tools.

The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Willingness to travel throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland when customer meetings are required.
