Commercial Roofing Labourer
Watertite Roofing is a long-established commercial and industrial flat roofing contractor serving Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding areas throughout Southern Ontario. We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants an opportunity to build a long-term career in the construction industry. Previous roofing experience is considered an asset, but is not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Our work includes:
- Commercial and industrial flat roofing
- PVC roofing systems
- Roof repairs and leak investigations
- Roof replacements and restorations
- Sheet metal and flashing work
- Preventative maintenance and service work
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems
- Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment safely
- Remove existing roofing materials during tear-off operations
- Assist foremen and experienced roofers with daily job site tasks
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and Working at Heights requirements
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Contribute positively to a professional and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Roofing or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and heavy lifting
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
