What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Foreman to lead crew members on pool and landscaping projects
- Assist in operating skid steers, excavators, and other jobsite equipment
- Help coordinate jobsite setup, material handling, and daily workflow
- Provide training and support to crew members
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in landscaping or construction preferred
- Experience operating machinery (skid steer/excavator) is an asset
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and leadership potential
- Must have a valid G driver’s license (AR license an asset)
- Own transportation to our Oakville shop is required
