We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team and continue to grow the Operations department.

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Set-up and monitor project paperwork and organize Manager’s paper flow
- Prepare and track all project logs such as Drawings, RFI’s, Change Order’s
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Utilize reports to monitor project succession
- Prepare and monitor sub-contracts
- Prepares and schedules project meetings including minutes
- Enters employee time and creates daily LEMS for client approval
- Assist each Project on administration duties as required
- Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization
- Live in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area
- Own transportation is required
- Prior Project Administration experience is an asset
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Management is an asset
- Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
- Proven team player
- Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- The ideal candidate will have experience with CMIC Software
