Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Tire Changer & Lube Service Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance while providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Experience is an asset, but we're also willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, and install tires
- Perform seasonal tire changes
- Complete oil and filter changes
- Check and top up vehicle fluids
- Perform basic vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist team members as needed
- Follow all shop safety procedures and standards
- Ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous tire or lube service experience is an asset but not required
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Ability to lift tires and perform physical work throughout the day
