Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Line Cook / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for running your station, supporting prep, and delivering consistently high-quality dishes during service.
This role is ideal for a skilled cook ready for the next step — someone who wants to grow into a senior station lead or Sous Chef over time. You’ll learn from experienced chefs, work in a professional and supportive environment, and be part of a team that values craft, consistency, and growth.
Schedule & Work–Life Balance
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Two days off, always back-to-back
- Consistent weekly schedule:
- Lunch: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Dinner: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Cook and plate dishes to The Oxley’s standards of quality and consistency
- Maintain your station and mise en place to a high standard
- Work cleanly, calmly, and efficiently during service
- Support daily prep, features, and seasonal menu changes
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant
- Strong foundation in classic cooking and plating techniques
- Reliable, organized, and focused under pressure
- Team-oriented, with pride in your work and attention to detail
- Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine interest in learning and growing within a professional kitchen
