The HVAC Installation and Service Manager owns the performance, profitability, and standards of the Service and Installation departments.
You ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest workmanship standard while developing technicians into high-performing professionals through both office leadership and consistent field engagement.
Field Leadership Expectation
Approximately 30–40% of time will be spent performing ride-alongs, assisting with complex service calls or installations, conducting quality inspections, and coaching technicians in real time.

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead the team: Set expectations, coach technicians, conduct reviews, and build a culture of accountability and pride in workmanship.
2. Drive service performance: Coordinate with dispatch, monitor productivity and revenue, and support technical or customer escalations.
3. Deliver installation excellence: Ensure jobs are staged properly, completed safely, and monitored for timelines, quality, and profitability.
4. Manage the department: Monitor budgets and metrics, approve payroll documentation, support forecasting, and maintain fair incentive programs.

Leads from the front, is technically respected, holds high standards without ego, makes confident decisions, develops people, and protects culture while driving results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in managing small to medium sized residential HVAC projects.
- Experience in proper material take offs.
- Class 5 license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English.
- Ability to draw diagrams, read blueprints, and other technical literature.

- 2-weeks paid vacation to start
