We are currently expanding our manufacturing team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and transport materials from the warehouse.
- Feed materials into production equipment and grinders.
- Assist with equipment changeovers and setup of material handling systems.
- Break down and dispose of packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist operators with blending and other production tasks as needed.
- Read labels, follow instructions, and perform tasks accurately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Comfortable with physical labor: lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent pushing/pulling, standing and walking for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Positive work ethic, strong attendance, and teamwork mindset.
- Lift truck experience is an asset.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
Shifts
- Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Occasional overtime may be available.
- Openings available for Night Shift.
- Wage includes a $0.75 Night Shift Premium
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $23.75 per hour
