This role is essential in ensuring the Construction team within Health Infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively. By providing strong administrative support, it helps maintain the coordination, organization, and momentum required to deliver high quality capital projects across FNHA.
Title: Coordinator, Community Capital
Salary: $71,162 - $76,675 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 9am-5pm Mon- Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Metro Vancouver office- located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil- Waututh Nations (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.

About the role
As a Coordinator, Community Capital you will provide executive administration to Director and Executive Director. The position is responsible for overseeing and providing coaching for coordination, administration, office management, and financial support for the team. This position provides support to the development and implementation of financial plans, project cash flows, systems, processes and procedures essential for effective and efficient operations, as well as providing co-ordination support to the leadership team within the department.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be;
Education
-
Completion of post-secondary education in business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience in administration at a senior level (usually acquired over a period of 3-5 years)

Experience in working with BC First Nations communities and/or organizations
-
Experience responding to client/public enquiries and complaints
-
Experience utilizing a variety of office tools including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
-
Experience developing and maintaining administrative systems, processes and procedures
Knowledge
-
Knowledge of the FNHA, and it’s structure and inter-dependencies
-
Knowledge of the work of the Community Capital roles and responsibilities.

Knowledge of information, records and data management approaches and options
