Site Superintendent
We are looking for a Multi-Family Construction Superintendent who has the knowledge, skills and ability to lead Large Multi Family projects in Edmonton. You will benefit professionally by working within a dynamic team, and growing your overall skill set.

Role Responsibilities:
- Superintendents are ultimately responsible for managing all daily construction activities on their site.
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
- Oversee day-to-day field activities. Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
Role Requirements:
- The individual will need to demonstrate experience in multi-family construction projects
- Minimum of 5+ years of Superintendent level work experience on projects in the $20-75 million range
- Must have computer skills and effective typing, verbal, and written communication skills
- Have the capacity to learn and become proficient in a variety of technologies
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
