We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is goal-oriented, and enjoys turning leads into closed sales. You will work closely with our Comfort Advisor to nurture leads, follow up with customers, and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule HVAC consultations and in-home assessments.
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries to convert leads into appointments.
- Use CRM systems to record interactions, update customer details, and track appointment outcomes.
- Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments and reduce cancellations or no-shows.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead flow and conversion rates.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting and conversion targets.
- Qualify leads using pre-screening sales questions to determine customer needs.
- Book appointments for the Comfort Advisor and ensure smooth handoff of leads.
- Follow up with customers after Comfort Advisor visits to close sales when necessary.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer and sales information.
- Collaborate with the Comfort Advisor to track project status and next steps.
- Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven inside sales, telemarketing, or call center experience (HVAC industry experience is an asset).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Comfortable working with sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, especially the Comfort Advisor.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility may be required based on customer availability).
