AZ Driver
Rate: $25-28/HR
Monday to Friday - 6AM to 2PM (shift could end earlier or later)

The Driver will be responsible for the delivery of products on a Monday to Friday day shift with established local routes. Responsibilities will include the correct loading of the vehicle, recording of delivery information, accepting/making payment for goods, and ensuring overall vehicle safety. The Driver will be expected to operate the delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times, obeying all rules of the road, and follow all appropriate company policies and procedures.

What you will be doing:
- Perform trip inspections on equipment operated and load, ensuring safety and roadworthiness
- Check vehicles before driving them to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
- Record and maintain required documentation including driver logbook, bills of lading, etc. by manual or electronic means
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
- Perform periodic inspections before, during, and after delivery to ensure that load is properly fastened down and is secure
- Deliver product and proper paperwork to our customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift. May include, but not limited to: daily logs, inspection logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspection, hours of service, etc.
- Other Duties as assigned
What does Whitebird require?
- A/Z License with a clean abstract and CVOR within the last 30 days.
- 4 years experience driving
- A strong customer service attitude, and enjoys interacting with various clients
