Since then, we've expanded to Campbell River and Powell River, proudly serving our communities with quality products and outstanding customer service.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Courtenay location.

Key Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, including:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support employees
- Prepare staff schedules and manage daily staffing needs
- Foster a positive, respectful, and customer-focused workplace culture
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example on the sales floor
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and store presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize inventory loss
- Manage cash handling, daily reconciliations, and POS operations accurately
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor sales performance and coach employees to achieve store goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding store performance, staffing, inventory, and operational needs
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least one year of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Honesty, integrity, and accountability

Compensation
Annual Salary: Starting from CAD $50,000, based on experience and qualifications.
