Job Overview
AMR Property Management is looking for a reliable General Handyman with strong computer skills to maintain our properties in Simcoe County. The role includes both hands-on repairs and maintenance-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting)
- Respond to tenant service requests and complete preventative maintenance
- Prepare units for move-ins and conduct property inspections
- Document work orders and maintain tools and supplies
- Assist with larger repairs as needed
Requirements
- Computer savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous handyman or building maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute to Barrie, ON
