Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager & Sales professional to join our team. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Duties
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in CPG, Dry Grocery and/or Retail - Food sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address any client concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and account status for senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales activities.
- Demonstrated ability in marketing strategies, analysis skills, and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
- Leadership qualities with experience in guiding teams or projects toward achieving targets.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
