Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Housekeeping team member to support the daily operations of the hotel. This role includes providing excellent guest service, managing front desk responsibilities, maintaining clean and comfortable guest rooms, and ensuring the property is well-maintained. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to creating a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and work areas.
- Assist guests with requests and resolve concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Pay: From $16.75 per hour
