Collingwood Nissan is a family owned and operated Dealership, consistently achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Our Service Department is growing and we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.
Summary of main duties:
Greet all customers in a timely, friendly manner whether face to face, by phone or e-mail.
Accurately record customer needs and concerns.
Liaise with technician and keep customer fully updated of progress of repair and/or maintenance and time of completion.
Book appointments in line with availability, arrange alternative transportation as necessary.
Stay up to date with technical and performance information to knowledgably assist our guest.
Liaise with Parts Department to understand availability of required parts and if necessary, reschedule the customer as appropriate.
What you bring to the team:
Excellent customer service skills.
A positive attitude with the desire to get things done right first time.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise you own workload in a busy, sometimes pressured environment.
Full driving licence with acceptable driving record – drivers abstract will be required.
