True Coat Paint Co. is looking for a high-level Experienced Painter to join our crew. We are known for "Quality Work and a Reliable Crew," and we are looking for professionals who take pride in elite finishes and a perfect workspace.

We pride ourselves on leaving every job site better than we found it. We maintain a clean work environment as if we were never there. This includes:
- Total protection of client property (floors, furniture, and fixtures).
- Expert masking and drop-cloth placement.
- A spotless daily cleanup: The only thing the client should notice is the high-quality paint job.

Responsibilities
- Apply paint, stain, and specialty finishes to interior/exterior surfaces (brush, roller, and spray).
- Surface preparation: Expert sanding, cleaning, and repairing cracks/imperfections.
- Technical prep: Drywall patching, taping, and pressure washing.
- Setup and teardown of ladders, scaffolding, and rigging.
- Use of mobile devices to track and log work hours and locations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven professional painting experience (Airless spray/wood finishing is a major asset).
- Licensing: Valid MB Driver’s License (Class 5 minimum).
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to commute from site to site.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights.
