About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Office Administrator to support daily operations during our busy season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and positive attitude
Seasonal Position during busy season
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
