You will primarily communicate with customers through social media and online messaging platforms. This is a sales-focused position with commission-based earning opportunities, allowing motivated individuals to increase their income based on performance and results.
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries through social media and online messaging platforms
- Assist customers with questions about jewelry, pricing, availability, sizing, custom pieces, and purchasing options
-Build trust and positive relationships with potential and existing customers
-Follow up with interested customers in a professional and timely manner
-Help guide customers toward products that suit their style, budget, and needs
-Keep accurate records of customer conversations, leads, orders, deposits, and follow-up dates
-Communicate customer requests and order details clearly to the team
-Work toward sales goals and performance targets

Experience & Qualifications
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable communicating with customers through social media and online messaging
-Ability to build rapport and customer confidence
-Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
-Strong follow-up and time-management skills
-Previous sales, retail, online sales, or customer service experience is an asset
-Experience in commission-based or performance-based sales is considered an asset
-Willingness to learn about La Rosa Jewelry products, collections, and customer service standards
