Position: Psychotherapist/Counsellor (Affiliate / Independent Contractor)

Lambton Counselling Services is a private practice, established in 2011 offering psychotherapy, life-coaching and counselling services to the community.
Qualifications: In this position, you will be working as an affiliate therapist in this private practice setting. Masters level education in a related field and counselling experience is essential. Experience with any of the following would be an asset: counselling of children, teens and adults, individual and/or couples counselling, counselling for anxiety and depression. This will be a subcontracted/independent contractor position and those that are successful will be responsible to maintain their own practice insurance and professional membership fees.
Hours: Approximately 1-2 shifts per week to start, for approximately 4-6 hours each shift, with potential to grow into full-time if desired. Availability for one evening or possible weekends if preferred by applicant. Supervision and training available for the right candidate. Suitable for someone looking to supplement another job or studies, or someone looking to work only part-time hours and gradually grow their practice.
Location: Lambton Counselling Services is located at 108 Kathleen Avenue, in the ‘evolve wellness’ building.
