$22.00–$30.00 per hour

Retro Terra Excavation Ltd. is a family-owned excavation and landscape construction company serving Central Vancouver Island. We specialize in landscape construction, hardscaping, drainage solutions, excavation, and outdoor living spaces.
We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape construction and hardscape projects
- Site preparation, grading, and drainage
- Material handling and job site organization
- Operate hand tools and construction equipment
- Support equipment operators and experienced crew members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Reliable transportation
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Landscape construction or general construction experience is an asset, but not required
