Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Skilled Labourers to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects while contributing to safe, productive, and professional job sites.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, operating basic tools, and performing light manual tasks
- Demolish or dismantle structures safely under supervision when required
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Assist with the transportation of materials around the worksite as needed
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met
Requirements
- Proven physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures; willingness to learn safety standards and protocols
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Ability to operate basic hand tools; familiarity with power tools is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules
