Third Generation Painters is a locally owned residential painting company built on three generations of experience. We specialize in premium residential projects across Vernon and the Okanagan — including lakefront homes, custom builds, chalets, and large-scale exterior repaints.
We’re hiring a second Brand Ambassador / Field Marketing Representative to help introduce our company to homeowners and book painting estimates in neighbourhoods where we are already working.
This role is ideal for students or motivated individuals interested in marketing, sales and business experience while earning great hourly income.

What you'll be doing
Generating new estimate appointment with homeowners through local field marketing. Our well known, local brand has been around for a number of years and people are quite familiar with it, so you won't be going in cold.
You’ll be introducing homeowners to a company that is already active and visible in the neighbourhood. Our crews are typically working nearby, branded trailers and vehicles are present, lawn signs are placed around the area, and online advertising is often running at the same time.
Third Generation Painters focuses on higher-end residential projects, so you’ll often be working in established neighbourhoods with larger homes and active renovation activity.
You’re not selling a concept — you’re representing a company with real crews, real projects, and an established reputation in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Introduce our company to homeowners in targeted neighbourhoods
- Book qualified painting estimates for our team
- Help generate opportunities for exterior repaint and larger home improvement projects
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Work scheduled shifts each week
You’ll receive training on our targeting strategy, qualification standards, and approach.
Compensation
- $20/hour base pay
- + $50 bonus for each qualified estimate booked
- Most representatives earn $25–$40+ per hour once they become comfortable in the role
Hours
Typical schedule is 3 shifts per week (approximately 9 hours total).
Additional shifts may be available for strong performers. Some team members work up to 15–20 hours per week during peak season.
