Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time, highly organized, and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day administrative operations, ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), and foster positive working relationships with tenants and vendors. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
This position is scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Property and Operations Managers.
- Prepare building notices, maintain records, and complete data entry.
- Respond to resident phone calls, emails, and written inquiries.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), municipal standards, and other applicable legislation.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or tenant relations.
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and property management privacy requirements.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to managing administrative functions while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer service.
Pay: $42,000.00 per year
