Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and mixing of stucco materials according to project specifications
- Apply stucco to exterior surfaces using hand tools and spray equipment
- Support carpenters and other trades in framing, caulking, and finishing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper application of materials and techniques
- Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as needed to ensure a smooth finish
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
Experience
- Yeara of prior experience in construction painting, carpentry, or general handyman work is
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and caulking techniques is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with construction tools, spray equipment, and surface preparation is beneficial
- Familiarity with safety procedures on construction sites is required
- Experience with blueprint reading or technical drawings will be considered a plus
