Rosthern Medical Clinic is a family physician’s office located in the beautiful Sask Valley Health Care Centre. Rosthern is a small community 40 minutes north of Saskatoon on Highway 11. We are the only clinic between Warman and Prince Albert that serves a large surrounding area.
We are currently looking to fill one part time receptionist position, which may lead to a full time position. The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
- Excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task, self-motivated and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong ability to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Previous experience working in a medical office.
- MAA certificate and medical terminology an asset.
- Ideally previous experience working with Accuro EMR system.
- Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- You are positive, enthusiastic, and resourceful.
The employee(s) will be expected to:
- Perform office administrative duties such as: answering phone calls, sending faxes, filling out of documents appropriately, scanning, booking and confirming appointments, completing tasks assigned from physicians and manager.
- Maintain electronic medical records – updating patient information on each visit.
