Position Overview
As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned to company standards, maintaining the washbay area, and supporting general housekeeping duties around the lot. You'll also play a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience through the meticulous care of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and clean the exterior of vehicles and vacuum the interiors of shuttle and service-returned vehicles.
- Care for and maintain the Washbay area and surrounding lot, including garbage removal, salting, shoveling, and completing an end-of-day lot check.
- Move vehicles to wash stations or designated areas on the lot as required.
- Dust and clean showroom vehicles to ensure their pristine condition.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service departments on vehicle deliveries and daily SPAs.
- Report any new vehicle damage to the supervisor.
- Clean and tidy the tool room weekly and assist with technician bay cleanup.
- Follow and enforce safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, adapting to periodic adjustments to meet company objectives.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Comfort working on your feet for extended periods.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry or customer service is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Record of Conduct required.
