Co-Pack Associate (Warehouse)
Afternoon shift – Mon- Fri 4pm to 12 am
Rate of pay $21.68 hour
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse (Co Pack) Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, repacking materials, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products for damage and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Repack items into shippers, displays, or repalletize products according to specification sheets.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and team-oriented environment.
- Escalate non-routine conflicts, issues, or operational concerns to the Supervisor.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes, workplace safety, and productivity.
- Perform manual labour tasks including hand-loading products onto tables, packing, wrapping pallets, and moving materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pump trucks, balers, and walkie/stackers safely and effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with Warehouse Associates and other team members.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous warehouse experience considered an asset.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical labour throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and specification sheets accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pump trucks and walkie/stackers is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
