We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Collections Administrator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Duties
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer support.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies.
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and offering customer service support.
- Maintain organization of files and documentation related to billing, collections, and general office operations.
- Assist with medical or dental office procedures if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
Experience
- Prior office experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all essential functions.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy along with proofreading skills.
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
- Basic computer skills including data entry, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems are essential.
- Previous experience in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant training will be available for those interested in healthcare administration roles.

Pay: $45,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
