Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Legal Assistant to help support our active legal practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to manage deadlines.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the firms lawyers, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients and fellow team members.
- Maintain organized files and records for all matters and client interactions.
- Utilize customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles; experience in real estate, banking, or a law office is an asset. On the job training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to providing exceptional support to clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
