--Seat guests at designated tables
--Answer questions about the food and beverage menu as needed
--Understand the needs of wait staff to ensure sections are not over-crowned

--Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables quickly and accurately
--Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
--Ensuring food is served following safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
--Informing restaurant staff about customers' feedback or requests
