Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Metal Polisher and Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The main responsibilities are preparing brass and stainless steel surfaces to achieve the desired finishes. Applying patina to brass and bronze finishes and spray protective coatings as required.
Responsibilities
- Polishing, buffing, and sanding metals to achieve the required finishes
- Safely operating equipment as needed
- Artfully applying patinas to a range of brass surfaces
- Applying protective coatings to surfaces
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality standard
- Basic assembly of metal handles after finishing is complete
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience working with metal finishing is required
- Experience working with stainless steel, brass and bronze
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Dynamic and adaptable
- Ability to manage timelines and priorities
