About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Lifeguard Supervisor to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in the aquatic industry who is ready to take on a leadership role while supporting lifeguards and ensuring safe, efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support lifeguard teams during daily operations.
- Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Perform regular inspections of aquatic facilities and equipment.
- Assist with staff training and coaching.
- Respond to incidents and emergency situations when required.
- Complete reports and communicate with management.
- Help maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an aquatic environment (lifeguard, pool operator, head lifeguard, or similar).
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Current lifeguard certifications are an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends if needed.
