About Us
We are a growing dental group in the Greater Vancouver area, currently operating clinics in Surrey, Langley, White Rock, and West Vancouver, with a new Richmond location in preparation. Beyond these locations, we are also planning further expansion and building a stronger, more organized multi-clinic team.
We are looking for a Certified Dental Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our team. We serve many Mandarin-speaking patients, so Mandarin or Cantonese is strongly preferred.
Position Overview
The Dental Assistant will support dentists during treatment, prepare rooms and instruments, assist with patient care, and help keep the clinical area running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinic standards
- Help patients feel comfortable during treatment
- Enter treatment notes accurately and on time
- Support lab cases, inventory, and daily clinic flow
What We’re Looking For
- CDA certification preferred
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Mandarin or Cantonese strongly preferred
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good communication skill
- Experience with general dentistry, ortho, implants, or surgery is an asset

Pay
$30–$38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Pay may increase based on performance, skills, and length of employment with our clinics.
