About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Family Physician to join our team as a Co-Founder in the development and growth of a new medical clinic in the Greater Toronto Area.
This is an opportunity for a physician who is interested in building and leading a modern primary care practice while helping shape the clinic's long-term vision, operations, and growth. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in establishing a patient-focused, technology-enabled medical practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care, health assessments, and routine examinations.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the clinic.
- Participate in establishing clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of digital health technologies and efficient clinic workflows.
- Help build a positive, patient-centered culture.
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed and in good standing (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Family Physician.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Interest in entrepreneurship and building a growing medical practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Preferred
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Experience participating in clinic operations or healthcare leadership.
- Interest in healthcare innovation, digital health, or practice development.

Compensation
Compensation structure will be discussed with qualified candidates and may include a combination of physician billings, equity ownership, and other incentives based on the successful candidate's experience and role within the organization.
