What does a Frontline do?
The role of the Front Desk Reception & Client Sales Representative at Fuzz Wax Bar is ultra important. As the first and last person every client sees, we are looking for fun, energetic individuals who thrive off of positive energy and empathy and have a drive for sales initiatives within their role.
Our Front Desk & Client Sales Representatives are responsible for growing our membership community and educating all clients of all services we offer at Fuzz. The role includes, but is not limited to booking appointments, closing out client invoices, maintaining our standards of health and sanitization throughout the wax bar through daily cleaning tasks, and meeting monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
- Fun, energetic, and outgoing positive attitude
- Amazing time management skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Understanding and appreciation for customer care
- Sales experience
Duties:
- Booking appointments and answering the phone
- Greeting clients and educating them on current promotions, memberships, products and services
- Converting clients to members with clear sales goals set by management
- Provide amazing customer care

Education:
