Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food preparation processes.
- Support staff training, interviewing, and team development.
- Assisting in staff scheduling and manage labour cost.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Uphold company policies and promote a positive work environment.

Requirement:
- 2-3 years of managerial experience in a full service high-volume restaurant
- English communication abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and/or Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset.
- Proficient in computer use and software learning
- Experience managing sales and cash handling
- Proven ability to train and develop staff
- Valid Smart Serve Certification and scheduling experience
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
