Summary
We are seeking a talented Pastry Maker and Burek Specialist to join our team in Canada. Based in our bakery, you will craft delicious pastries and traditional bureks that reflect our dedication to authenticity and quality. This role is vital in delivering the exceptional food experiences our customers cherish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including bureks, ensuring high standards of quality and authenticity.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery.
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Assist in packaging baked goods for sale or delivery.
- Support the kitchen team with food handling and preparation.
- Ensure all products meet company specifications and customer expectations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in baking, pastry making, or related culinary fields.
- Knowledge of traditional burek preparation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Culinary certification or relevant training preferred.
