Duties
- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customers understand their vehicle’s condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize service work and provide realistic time estimates to customers.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records.
- Maintain organized records of service orders, customer interactions, and sales activities to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a strong advantage for understanding vehicle repairs and communicating effectively with technicians and customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that builds rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to sell services while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers.
- Comfortable handling cash transactions accurately and managing financial records diligently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical information clearly to customers and technicians alike.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while staying organized and detail-oriented.
