Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and expanding business opportunities across regions. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with overall company goals
- Lead and supervise multiple teams across various locations, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
- Oversee business development initiatives to expand market presence within the region
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles within a regional or multi-location setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive operational success
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives at a regional level
Pay: $10,200.00-$14,300.00 per month
