BPH-X Limited is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team on mine site projects in the Timmins area. We are looking for skilled operators with experience operating loaders, dozers, and/or shovels who are committed to working safely while maintaining productivity.
Schedule:
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- 12-hour shifts
- Mine site work based out of Timmins, Ontario
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, and shovels.
- Perform excavation, material handling, stockpiling, grading, and site preparation.
- Complete pre-operational inspections and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
- Operate equipment efficiently while following mine site procedures and safety standards.
- Work closely with supervisors and other crew members to meet production goals.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and complete required daily documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating loaders, dozers, and/or hydraulic shovels is required.
- Mine site experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of safe operating practices and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-oriented.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence required.
Preferred Certifications
- Surface Common Core (considered an asset)
- WHMIS
- Worker Awareness (4-Step)
- Any additional mine site-specific training or certifications are considered an asset.
