The Opportunity
This position is primarily focused on sales and relationship building, while also providing outstanding ongoing service to our existing clients.
Every conversation is an opportunity to educate, advise, and protect clients-not simply process transactions.
You'll work with both new and existing clients to help them make informed insurance decisions while identifying opportunities to improve their protection.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day will be different, but your responsibilities will include:
Building Relationships
- Connecting with prospective and existing clients
- Conducting insurance reviews
- Understanding clients' changing needs
- Becoming a trusted advisor
Sales
- Quoting Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Health insurance
- Presenting recommendations
- Closing new business
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Asking for referrals
Client Service
- Policy changes
- Renewals
- Billing questions
- Claims support
- Documentation
- Follow-up
Teamwork
Working closely with experienced team members who genuinely want to see you succeed.
