Level Orthodontics is looking for a Full Time Dental receptionist to join our practices in all 3 locations, North, South and West Edmonton, AB.
Our Orthodontic practice is looking for a positive and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly and comfortable dealing with patients on a daily basis and will responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the office.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a professional reception area
- Greet and welcome patients into the practice Check in patients
- Verifying and updating patient information and calling insurance for Orthodontic coverage
- Manage recall and inactive patient system
- Oversee patient relations
- Confirming appointments
- Make follow up appointments
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service

Qualifications:
- 1-5 years Dental Reception experience is highly recommended and an asset.
- A fun and energetic personality with excellent phone and communication skills is a must.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to travel between all 3 Level Orthodontics locations within Edmonton
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
