Overview
We are a growing plumbing and HVAC company expanding to Collingwood, serving homeowners, builders, and commercial clients across South Georgian Bay — from Wasaga Beach to Thornbury, Blue Mountains, and through to Port Elgin.
The business is expanding. We're taking on more new construction, more renovations, expanded service, and a growing commercial book of work, and we need a strong person to grow with us. This is a regular, full-time position with some on-call and after hours service work.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service and scheduled maintenance calls for mechanical and refrigeration equipment
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment
- Install HVAC systems in new residential construction and commercial applications
- Communicate and update all information regarding assignments to the team;
- Provide recommendations for repairs and assist estimators with information on quote
- Care for and maintain company vehicle
Requirements
- Valid 313A HVAC license
- Preferably a G1 Gas license (will consider a G2 license)
- Valid drivers license
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance within construction or industrial settings
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in confined or elevated spaces
- Apprentices are welcome to apply

Pay: $50.00-$63.00 per hour
