Portfolio Resource Coordinator- Reconciliation
We are currently a Portfolio Resource Coordinator - Reconciliation based out of Prairies Regional Headquarters at Calgary International Airport. This is a full-time temporary (12-month) role.

What does a Portfolio Resource Coordinator (Billing) do?
-
Audit daily/weekly scheduled hours. To ensure accuracy for payments and attendance.

Communicating with local operation for hours/payroll discrepancies.

Creating daily hours reports for Operations that are used to maintain accurate forecasting/billing.

Work with client to remove unbillable hours from client program.

Perform bi-weekly scheduling lockdowns in coordination with the Billing Division of Paladin's Finance Department.

Resolve pay discrepancies in a timely manner.

Performs other duties as requested to assist with corporate and/or branch needs.
What you bring to PASS?
Education & Experience
-
GED or equivalent, with preference to advanced education in a related field (i.e. Business Administration)
-
Previous experience in Airport Operations, Business administration or scheduling is a strong asset
-
Eligibility to obtain Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and Federal Security Clearance.
Skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

Effective verbal/written communication with various audiences while maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience using scheduling software

Fluency in French is considered an asset.
