Experienced Carpenter – Construction
Location – Oshawa, ON
Salary range – $ 30-35 /hr
Should have experience in the following:
- Installation of millwork
- Drywall - taping and mudding
- Framing
- Understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Can read metric and imperial measurements
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adhere to company policies - Health and Safety etc.
- Current WHMIS certificate would be considered an asset but training will be provided
Other:
- May be required to work out of local area for special short term projects
- Out of town expenses are covered
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to supervise a small crew and communicate with Construction Manager to ensure timely completion of projects
- Should be able to work independently when required
